Cancellation / Return Policy
- DOCO POCO provides ‘refund and replacement policy’ until 2 hrs after delivery for the product returned as it was received.
- DOCO POCO is liable to alter the products in case of wrong delivery or defective products.
- Customer must check out the products when it will be delivered and the same can be returned at the time of delivery.
- DOCO POCO will not take any liability of sealed branded product(food and non-food items) after delivery. So we advise you to check all the products at the time of delivery.
After delivery we will not entertain any issue related to these products.
- In case few products are returned back by the customer during the time of delivery, the price of returned product will be deducted from the invoice in delivery time.
- In case of online payment price of returned product will be transferred in customer’s account within 7 business days of the bank.
- In case of replacement or refund customer have to return back the previous product to get the new product as replacement or money as refund.
